Does Heidi replace the tools we already use?

No. Heidi connects to your tools and sits above them; she does not replace your ticket system, wiki, CRM, or chat. Ripping out tools is a migration project; adding Heidi is a connection.

The design principle is meet the work where it happens. Your systems of record stay the systems of record; Heidi reads from them, consolidates what they collectively know, and pushes work and answers back into them.
Over time some teams find they lean on certain tools less, the wiki nobody updated, the status meeting that existed to sync context. That is a byproduct of the brain working, not a forced migration.
