Governance

Give AI room to work. Keep authority with your people.

Set the boundaries for what Heidi can know and do. Review consequential actions and inspect the evidence behind the result.

Control at the point of work

Three questions every leader should be able to answer.

01

What can it access?

Review source access, connected tools, identity, and sharing scope. Company data, member access, and agent capabilities are governed through separate controls.

02

What may it do?

Define an agent’s tools and owner-set autonomy ceiling. Route work through approval checkpoints and configure applicable safety checks before extending authority.

03

What actually happened?

Inspect execution records and recorded outcomes. Completed, failed, blocked, cancelled, and review states remain distinct. An accepted task is not the same as a verified result.

Control is part of the workflow.

Human approval has a job to do.

Give the reviewer enough context to decide. Approved work still goes through the tool and policy path, and the resulting success or failure is recorded.

For live browser tasks, people can inspect the session, take over, approve interactions, and stop the work. Sharing a digital twin remains under its owner’s control.

Reversibility has limits.

Some actions can be reversed when the integration supports it and there is a reliable execution record. A message someone has read cannot be unread. Review boundaries should reflect that distinction.

Use bounded scopes, explicit approval, and outcome verification for consequential work. Evaluate those controls against your own systems and policies.

Enterprise evaluation

Make the review concrete.

01

Data and access

Review tenant boundaries, source permissions, credentials, retention requirements, and the proposed data flow for your deployment.

02

Operational controls

Test approvals, spending limits, model configuration, failure behavior, and incident visibility against the workflow you intend to run.

03

Evidence and assurance

Ask for the current security materials and applicable contract documents. This product overview is not a certification or a substitute for a security review.

Privacy, terms, and DPA pages are currently marked as in preparation. Confirm current documentation and deployment requirements with Falkster before a production rollout.
