How do we get the team to actually use Heidi?

Two forces, in order: the initiative comes from the top, and the spread comes from usefulness. Leadership connects a few sources, uses Heidi visibly, and tracks adoption; the room learns by watching real questions get real sourced answers.

The pattern from real installs: start with the C-suite. Connect a few sources, give access to the leadership team first, and let them run with it, asking about churn risks, real account status, what changed this week. By the time it widens, the leaders already know how to work with her, and the rollout has a visible champion at the top.
From there the spread is natural, because the interface is a conversation. At one 600-person company the standalone interface had three users; in Slack, adoption became everyone. Working in the open does the rest: every answer someone sees teaches the room what Heidi can do.
