Is my company's data isolated from other Heidi customers?
Yes, structurally. Tenant identity is a required parameter of every operation in Heidi's platform, and missing tenant context fails closed. One company's Heidi cannot resolve, address, or read anything belonging to another company.
Isolation covers every surface: storage, queues, memory, caches, credentials, receipts, and the runners agents execute in. Cache keys carry tenant scope, verified by test, because an unscoped cache is the classic silent leak.
