What is the Ledger in Heidi?
The Ledger and activity views expose records of work and its outcomes. They help distinguish attempted actions, recorded results, and work needing review; they do not by themselves establish business value.
For an evaluation, give the agent a defined task and owner. Test approval, blocked work, failure handling, and the evidence available after execution before increasing autonomy.
