Why not just create a project in Claude with our documents?
That context sits in one project and goes stale. Your business changes daily; Heidi changes with it, and your whole company shares her. A project is a snapshot for a few people; the Cortex is a living memory for everyone.
Projects are great for a bounded task. A company brain has different requirements: continuous capture, hourly hygiene, permissions per fact, and answers available to every person and every tool, not just chat.
And with MCP, Claude itself can read from Heidi, so the choice is not between them: it is a project with a real brain behind it.
