Heidi supports Slack channel participation through a configured installation. Channel access, source visibility, and proactive settings determine where and how an agent can contribute.
For an evaluation, give the agent a defined task and owner. Test approval, blocked work, failure handling, and the evidence available after execution before increasing autonomy.
