No. Setup is an afternoon, and steady-state administration, approving trust changes, adding an integration, minting an API token, is minutes a week in Heidi Control. There is no server to run and no index to maintain.
The roles that matter are light: an owner who holds the limits and approvals, and ideally a champion who enjoys finding new things to delegate. Both are part-time by design.
Memory hygiene, the thing that would be a real job elsewhere, is Heidi's own responsibility: consolidation, deduplication, and aging happen automatically, with the audit trail to check her work.
